Hong Kong is my new favorite city. I loved this place from the moment I arrived. I took the double decker bus from the airport. I was sitting in the front row on the top and I was watching the whole city. It was amazing. It was like the Asian version of NY. There were so many lights everywhere and it was so chaotic. When I got to my hotel, I spent about 20 minutes there and then I went to meet my friend Norbi right away and we went to the party area called LKF. We hit a couple of spots. It was fun! Next morning I woke up early to get to the Chinese embassy on time to get a Chinese visa. I took the Star Ferry across the bay. The Star Ferry is a commuter ferry between Hong Kong Island and the mainland. This ferry has been transporting people since 1888. I loved the ride. I could see the entire island with all the skyscrapers. The view was stunning.

Later on I met up with my friend Norbi and we did some more sightseeing. We went up to the place called The Peak. It is the highest point of Hong Kong. From this point you can see the entire city and the bay with all the funky ships. Plus you also city the pollution above the city. We also visited a couple of Buddhist temples. They were very pretty.
Temple in Hong Kong
This was the biggest one in the Hong Kong:

There was one that was called the Temple of Ten Thousand Buddhas. That temple had over 10000 golden Buddhas.

We also visited the Hong Kong Historical Museum. I thought it was pretty cool. I also rode the longest pedestrian escalator in the World. It took about 15 mintes to get to the top. I also saw the light show of Hong Kong at night, when all the skyscrapers light up on Hong Kong Island.
Hong Kong by Night
Also visited the Night Market on Temple Street. I loved that market. You could literally buy anything and everything. So, I spent 3 days doing sightseeing and partying in Hong Kong. I loved it there. I could move there anytime. The last time I felt like this about a city, was when I first arrived to NYC when I was 14.
Hong Kong is the most commercial city I have ever been to in my life. There is a shopping center on every corner and people here literally shop till they drop. All the designer stores have a line outside on any regular day. Here is a photo of the line in front of the Luis Vuitton shop on a Monday morning.

On Monday morning I picked up my passport from the Chinese embassy and headed to Macau for some more fun.
